Woman dead following Everett Turnpike crash

NASHUA, NH – A Londonderry woman was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash Tuesday morning on the Everett Turnpike.
On February 13, 2018 at approximately 9:07 a.m. the NH State Police received a report of a motor vehicle collision on the Everett Turnpike southbound Exit 1 off-ramp. Troopers from the Troop B barracks responded to the scene along with the Nashua police and fire departments. Once on scene, Troopers confirmed that one vehicle was involved in the crash.
Troopers came upon a 2006 Toyota Tacoma bearing a New Hampshire Registration up against a traffic light post. The Tacoma was operated by Pamela Sigalos, 68, of Londonderry.
Preliminary investigations revealed the Tacoma was traveling southbound on the off-ramp and struck a light post before striking a Traffic Light post.
Nashua Fire and EMS attempted to render aid to Sigalos, but advised Troopers at the scene that she had succumbed to the injuries suffered in the collision.
The right turning lane at the end of the off-ramp was shut down for approximately four hours. The NH State Police was assisted by members of the Nashua police and fire departments, and the NH Department of Transportation.
