Weather Alert

On Saturday, as a snowstorm moves out to sea to our south, a coating to an inch of snow is possible across much of New Hampshire. In the wake the storm from Saturday-to-Saturday evening, flow of Arctic air will resume across New England the middle of next week into the following weekend.

Temperatures will warm into the mid-30s from Sunday through next Tuesday with less wind.

Elevations for summits above 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits will be obscured in the morning, followed by mostly cloudy conditions Highs will be around 17 degrees. Northwest winds will be around 50 mph, decreasing to about 35 mph in the afternoon. At elevations above 5,000 feet, northwest will be around 70 mph, decreasing to about 50 mph in the afternoon. Gusts may reach up to 95 mph. Wind chill values could be as low as 30 below.

Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits obscured—highs from 13 to 23. Northwest winds 20 to 30, with gusts up to 75 mph. Wind chill values as low as 25 below zero.
