US Marshals seek Manchester man as fugitive for failure to register as sex offender
U.S. Marshal’s Service is looking for fugitive William Soltan, 33, for failure to register as a sex offender.
MANCHESTER, NH – U.S. Marshals Service is looking for fugitive William Soltan, 33, for failure to register as a sex offender.
Soltan was convicted of two counts of felonious sexual assault in 2011. He was last known to live in Manchester, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
Soltan has a majority of his family, friends and associates in the Manchester area.
