MANCHESTER, NH Brady Sullivan Properties has completed work on a make-over of Bradley Hall in the lower level of St. Joseph Cathedral on the corner of Pine Street and Lowell in Manchester. All materials and labor for the project were donated by Brady Sullivan and its affiliated partners.

Nearly 50 Brady Sullivan employees volunteered in collaboration with Home Depot, Mohawk Flooring and TF Andrew flooring installation experts, to repaint the hall and install over 4500 square feet of new vinyl plank flooring in the Cathedral hall.

Brady Sullivan co-owner Arthur Sullivan, joined in the effort to personally lend a hand in the project.

“We are so grateful for all of the good work being done here at the Cathedral” said Sullivan, “and I’m extremely proud of everyone who pitched in to help so that this good work can continue in a space that is fresh and welcoming to the people being served here.”

As one of the oldest and most recognizable buildings in the city, the Cathedral hall space is used to provide a large number of free services to those in need throughout the community including food donations, clothing drives for underprivileged families, blood drives, recreational activities for seniors, holiday toy drives, and support groups for young parents.

Bishop Peter Libasci took a moment to express his gratitude to Arthur Sullivan and his employees, while delivering the homily at a recent Sunday mass. “We are grateful for the improvements and hope that this will continue to enhance our parish outreach to those in need” said the Bishop.
