Keynote speaker Karina Arnaez, Diversity Program Manager at PAREXEL, specializes in helping enterprises maximize the opportunities created when they employ diverse local, and foreign workers. Arnaez has worked with many different industries including Healthcare, Technology, Power Systems, Financial, Academia, HR Consulting, and Nonprofits.
