MANCHESTER, NH – The Greater Manchester Chamber (GMC) proudly announces the election of key officers to lead the Board of Directors, alongside the appointment of dynamic new board members. This marks a pivotal step in fortifying the Chamber’s mission to enhance economic prosperity and quality of life in Greater Manchester and beyond.
Leading the GMC Board toward an exciting future is newly elected Board Chair Trinnie Houghton, CEO & Founder of Ripple Effect Studio, joined by Vice Chair Kate Skouteris, VP Regional Commercial Market at Point32Health. Their leadership will help steer the organization’s strategic vision and commitment to innovation and growth.
Sheila McNeil of Wipfli continues her vital role as Treasurer, managing the financial aspects of the GMC Board. Ernesto Burden of Yankee Publishing remains as Secretary, ensuring robust governance practices, while John Kacavas of Dartmouth Health serves as Legal Counsel in an ex-officio capacity. Matt Cookson of Cookson Communications brings a wealth of experience and institutional knowledge to the executive team as he serves his final and eighth year on the Board as Past Chair.
The GMC also welcomes four distinguished new board members, each elected to a three-year term having started January 1, 2025:
- Nichole Davis, VP of Creative and Development Director, Hoyle, Tanner & Associates
- Ileana Ille, Financial Advisor, The Elm Street Group at Morgan Stanley
- Julie Jussif, Chief Program Officer, New Hampshire Housing
- Peter Marr, Chief of Police, Manchester Police Department
- John Zimmerman, General Manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown
Heather McGrail, President & CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber, expressed enthusiasm about the new additions: “We are thrilled to welcome such a talented group of leaders to our Board of Directors. Their collective expertise and passion for community will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Chamber and our region as we advance our strategic plan and long-term goals.”
The GMC also extends heartfelt gratitude to outgoing board members for their dedication and service: Diane Fitzpatrick of the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester, Kris McCracken of Amoskeag Health, Mike Harrington of Harrington & Company, Keri Pappalardo of Lavallee Brensinger Architects, and Scott Spradling of The Spradling Group.
Reflecting on the year ahead, Trinnie Houghton shared, “It’s inspiring to contribute to the Greater Manchester Chamber’s incredible scope of work.
