New board chair, executive committee appointments for Families in Transition
The Board of Directors for Families in Transition selected Stephen Norton, previously with SolutionHealth, as its Chair and appointed the following members to their executive committee.


MANCHESTER, NH – The Board of Directors for Families in Transition selected Stephen Norton, previously with SolutionHealth, as its Chair and appointed the following members to their executive committee.
The selection of Stephen Norton comes after several years of service to the organization’s mission. Before his appointment, Norton was a board member for three years, including one year as Vice Chair, under then Chair, Heather Whitfield.
“I am honored to continue to support Families in Transition in this new capacity,” said Norton. “I look forward to deepening my connections to the New Hampshire nonprofit network and am excited to have an opportunity to lead our board and support our work to prevent and break the cycle of homelessness.”
Robert Bonfiglio, Co-founder of Rise Private Wealth Management, was elected as Vice Chair along with, board member Cheryl Moreau, Benefits and HRIS Manager for Catholic Medical Center, as Secretary. Additionally, Gary Potavin, Global Business Controller at Amphenol TCS, was re-elected as Treasurer.

The executive committee will be joined by new board members Jack Dunleavy, Detective at the Manchester Police Department; Heather Francoeur, Senior Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager at Enterprise Bank; Chloe Golden, Attorney at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green; Michael Guarini, Wealth Manager at Brophy Wealth Management; May Hatem, Chief People Officer at Service Credit Union; Sean Parnell, Vice President, Commercial Insurance at Clark Insurance; Hilary Holmes Rheaume, Attorney at Bernstein Shur, and Carol Willoughby, National Commercial Underwriting Counsel at First American Title.
New board members will join the following existing members: David Crespo, Regional Leader at Primerica Financial Services; Christopher Kennedy, Vice President, External Relations at NH Healthy Families; Laura King, Community Member; Karen Moynihan, Vice President, Philanthropy for Catholic Charities of New Hampshire; Rev. Gayle Murphy, Minister at Large; Steve Palmer, Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Officer at NHTrust Financial Advisors; Michael Simoneau, Senior Vice President, Community Outreach Officer at Members First Credit Union and Michael Visocchi, Vice President, Internal Communications at Comcast.
