Multiple shots fired in city’s North End
Police recovered shell casings on Webster Street at River Road.
MANCHESTER, NH — On December 14, 2018 at approximately 12:39 a.m., Manchester Patrol Officers responded to the area West Webster Street and River Road for a report of multiple gun shots.
Responding officers located several shell casings in the area.
