MANCHESTER, NH – Members First Credit Union announced on Wednesday its 2025 scholarship program. This year, six scholarships totaling $10,000 will be awarded to deserving students in the community. Applications are now open and must be submitted by March 31, 2025. Scholarship recipients will be notified by July 1, 2025.
The scholarships honor three inspiring community leaders whose legacies of service continue to impact the Manchester area. Awards are named in memory of John S. Walsh, Manchester firefighter and founder of Members First Credit Union; Wilbur L. Jenkins, former City of Manchester personnel director and long-time credit union supervisory committee member; and Michael L. Briggs, a Manchester police officer who gave his life in the line of duty.

Students interested in applying for the scholarships can visit Members First Credit Union’s website for detailed eligibility criteria and application instructions. Applications must be postmarked or delivered by March 31, 2025.
