Boys basketball
After a tight first quarter in the Queen City clash with Manchester Central on Friday, the Manchester Memorial boys pulled away in the second half for a decisive 73-46 victory. Four days later, however, the Crusaders dropped back to 6-6 with a 72-70 heartbreaker at Bishop Guertin Tuesday.

Among standout performances at the NHWTL meet at UNH’s Sweet Oval this past weekend, Central senior Kaedin Gagne won the 300-meter run in 37.93 seconds, four places ahead of teammate Sean Venator, who was fifth at 38.38 seconds. Read more here.
