Manchester brothers wanted by Maine authorities for robbery arrested during traffic stop
The Carpio brothers, wanted by Maine authorities on warrants for theft and robbery, will be in court Tuesday morning.

MANCHESTER, NH – Police arrested brothers Rafael and Sergio Carpio of Manchester Monday night during a traffic stop. Both men are wanted by authorities in Lincoln County, Maine, on multiple charges, including robbery and theft.
Police detectives recognized the Carpio brothers, Rafael, 26, and Sergio, 34, 157 Townhouse Rd., Manchester, who were spotted driving in an older model gray BMW at about 5 p.m. in the area of Spruce and Maple streets by Detectives Aaron Brown and Mark Harrington of the Special Enforcement Division.

Detectives knew the brothers had extraditable warrants out of Lincoln County, Maine, issued March 9. According to the Lincoln County District Attorney’s office, they are charged with robbery, theft, burglary and criminal restraint.
The Carpio brothers were also recently arrested March 1 by Exeter Police on drug possession charges, and each released on $500 personal recognizance bail.
Both appeared May 12 in the 9th Circuit Court and were each held on $10,000 cash surety. They will appear next in court on May 28.
