Man charged with ‘doctor shopping’ by NH State Police Narcotics Unit
A Manchester man was charged with ‘doctor shopping’ after Target pharmacy in Hooksett raised questions about his multiple prescriptions.

MANCHESTER, NH – On November 19, 2014, NH State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit arrested Forest Rowell, 44, 40A Platts Ave., Manchester, NH, charging him with “doctor shopping.”
After receiving a complaint from Target pharmacy in Hooksett, pertaining to prescriptions being filled from multiple practitioners, an investigation was conducted and Rowell was charged with obtaining a controlled drug by fraud or deceit, also known as “doctor shopping.”
Rowell was given a court date of Feb. 4, 2015 in the 9th Circuit District Division, Nashua.
