Loud music complaint leads to rooftop escape, scuffle, injured officer, and arrest
A wanted man is in custody after allegedly fleeing police early Friday morning in an incident that led to a rooftop escape, a brief scuffle with another resident after the man jumped through his window to evade police, and ultimately left a police officer injured.
