Listening session for public input on Dartmouth-Hitchcock/GraniteOne Health proposal

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (D-HH) and GraniteOne Health (GOH) will hold a series of four “listening sessions” to gain public input into the proposed combination of the two health systems.

MANCHESTER, NH – Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (D-HH) and GraniteOne Health (GOH) will hold a series of four “listening sessions” to gain public input into the proposed combination of the two health systems.

The sessions, in Manchester, Wolfeboro, Lebanon, and Peterborough, are open to the community.

D-HH and GOH announced in January the signing of a letter of intent to combine their two organizations to better serve the health care needs of New Hampshire residents and communities. The listening sessions are part of a well-defined process that involves due diligence, opportunities for public input, negotiation of final terms, approval by each organization’s Board of Trustees and the Bishop of Manchester, and review by federal and state regulators.

The four sessions will be held:

  • Monday, May 13, 6-7 p.m. – Manchester, Manchester Public Health Department, 1528 Elm Street
  • Tuesday, May 14, 6-7:30 p.m. – Wolfeboro, Huggins Hospital, Medical Arts Conference Room, 240 South Main Street
  • Wednesday, May 15, 6-7 p.m. – Lebanon, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Auditoriums A,B,C
  • Thursday, June 6, 6-7:30 p.m. – Peterborough, Monadnock Community Hospital Conference Room #5, Parmelee Building, 452 Old Street Road
