You can read all 251 pages of June indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH – June grand jury indictments from Hillsborough County Superior Court North have been released, and include the usual suspects, so to speak – theft, assault, check fraud, domestic violence, sexual assault, and drug-related crimes.
Far too many drug-related crimes, in fact.
Some of the more notable indictments include:

• Five indictments for George Bally of Nashua, for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon (his vehicle) who in March was arrested after leading police on a 20-mile ride from Manchester to Nashua, where he crashed his car into a police cruiser after detouring onto a closed portion of 293.
• Three indictments for Davelle Broadus, charging him with first-degree assault and attempted murder in connection with a March stabbing outside the Perecles Club.
• Eight indictments for Tarik Holmes, accused of stalking after he was caught allegedly climbing through an apartment window in search of his ex-girfriend.
An indictment provides a formal legal accusation against the accused to outline why that person should be charged with a particular crime. It is not an indication of guilt.
Indictments are part of the public record. Some of the details are graphic or may contain harsh language. A majority of these indictments involve drug activity and related crimes, but also range from theft to sexual assault.
