July grand jury indictments for Hillsborough County Superior Court North
Among this month’s grand jury indictments, a motorist accused of running down a pedestrian in a crosswalk is under indictment on manslaughter and negligent homicide charges.
MANCHESTER, NH – A motorist accused of running down a pedestrian in a crosswalk is under indictment on manslaughter and negligent homicide charges.
The Hillsborough County Superior Court grand jury indicted Kimberly Hill, 33, of 475 Rimmon St., #2, for manslaughter; two counts of negligent homicide; two counts of aggravated DUI, and violations of speeding and pedestrian in a crosswalk.
Around 10 p.m. on April 14, 2023, Hill allegedly was speeding and driving drunk when she struck Paul Hilliker, 70, in a crosswalk. Hilliker died at the scene of the crash, near Kelley and Alsace streets on the city’s west side.
Also indicted was Bernard Lindsey, 46, 511 Lincoln St., #3, on charges of first- and second-degree assault; convicted felons, and burglary. On April 17, 2024, Lindsey is accused of burglarizing the home of R.S. and striking R.S. in the head with a piece of wood causing R.S. to suffer a brain bleed. Lindsey also allegedly kicked and punched M.M., an intimate partner he knew to be pregnant.
Juan Herrera, 44, of 541 Massabesic St., also was indicted for taking a Taser from an officer, who is unnamed in the indictments, and firing it.
Hererra was indicted on two counts of taking a gun from a law enforcement officer and reckless conduct, deadly weapon. On March 22, 2024, Herrera is accused of taking a “TASER 10” from an unnamed police officer and then firing it, endangering responding officers.
A Raymond man also was indicted for allegedly endangering students by driving at a high rate of speed in the parking lot at Trinity High School.
Nicholas Greenwood, 43, of 6 Debra Ave., Raymond, was indicted on charges of reckless conduct; possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl, both after prior conviction; possession of crack cocaine and fentanyl, again after prior convictions. The possession charges are from two separate dates – Aug. 13, 2023 in Weare and April 16, 2024 in Manchester.
The reckless conduct charge accuses Greenwood of driving at a high rate of speed through the parking lot of Trinity High School on April 16, 2024, endangering students.
The grand jury, meeting in July, issued 267 indictments. Others among those indicted were:
- Taqi Emad Al Badani, 20, of 191 Maple St., reckless conduct and criminal threatening. On May 13, 2024, Al Bandani is accused of driving his car at a high rate of speed at R.N., an intimate partner.
- Christopher Allen, 39, of 1475 Bodwell Road, Apt. #30, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and criminal threatening. On Jan. 27, 2024, Allen is accused of holding a machete during an argument with R.O.
- Justin Beaudin, 34, of 9 Townhouse Road, receiving stolen property. On March 19, 2024, Beaudin is accused of being in possession of a stolen cherry black 2020 Chevy Trax.
- Kayla Boisvert, 29, of 1619 Front St., unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. On May 25, 2023, Boisvert is accused of failing to return a rented white 2022 Chevy Silverado to U-Haul, the owner.
- Donna Clement, 28, of 41 Congress St., Nashua, riot. On Jan. 1, 2024 in Manchester, Clement is accused of engaging in violent conduct with James Odam, Anthony Clark and Desarae Roy that caused C.H. physical injury.
- Sage DaSilva-Belanger, 23, of 38 Crawley St., two counts of insurance fraud. DaSilva-Belanger is accused providing proof of payments made to Progressive Direct Auto with the time of payment altered so they appeared to be made prior to a motor vehicle crash that occurred on March 4, 2024.
- Sean Desio, 31, who lists his address as the Families in Transition shelter at 199 Manchester St., two counts each of theft by deception and forgery. On Dec. 22, 2023, Desio is accused of cashing two counterfeit checks at St. Mary Bank on Perimeter Road, drawn on the account of AAA Pump Service Inc. in the amounts of $3742.60 and $3815.10.
- Alexander Ellison, 29, of 281 Auburn St., Apt. 1, second-degree assault. On May 13, 2021, Ellison is accused of striking S.S., who previously suffered an injury in an unrelated physical attack, causing S.S. to lose consciousness.
- Zachary Gingras, 32, of 567 Union St., Apt. 20, first-degree assault. On April 27, 2024, Gingras is accused of kicking J.K. in the face with a shod foot and he was motivated to do that because of J.K.’s race. Because the incident is considered a hate crime, if convicted, Gingras faces 10 to 30 years in prison.
- John Gray, 44, of 6 Lawton St., reckless conduct, deadly weapon, and possession of fentanyl. On March 27, 2024, Gray is accused of operating a motor vehicle recklessly in his driveway and causing M.C. to fall and be dragged on the ground.
- Omed M. Habibzai, 22, of Portland, Maine, nine counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sex images. On Nov. 26, 2022, Habibzai is accused of sending a sexually explicit video of I.D. to nine people without I.D.’s consent and with the intent of harassing I.D.
- Jaythien Hernandez, 18, of 64 Merrimack St., 1A, reckless conduct, deadly weapon; criminal threatening, and falsifying physical evidence. On June 2, 2024, Hernandez is accused of placing C.S-D in danger of serious bodily injury when, during a physical altercation, he drove recklessly at excessive speeds while in close proximity to other vehicles and disobeyed traffic control devices, while threatening to crash the vehicle with both of them in it. He is also accused of removing debris from an accident scene.
- Jeremy Hernandez, 28, l/k/a West Street, Lawrence, Mass., aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault. On Feb. 24, 2024 in Manchester, Hernandez is accused of having a 10-year-old child touch his penis and perform fellatio on him.
- Cameron Marchant, 18, of 38 Grapevine Road, Bedford, seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. On March 21, 2024, in Bedford, Marchant is accused of possessing videos and photos of prepubescent girls engaging in sexual acts with men and women.
- William Maurier, 43, of 530 Mast Road, Goffstown, two counts of armed career criminal. On Oct. 14, 2022 in Manchester, Maurier is accused of being in possession of a Glock 27 handgun and a Bushmaster AR rifle, having been convicted of attempted murder in 1999 in Essex County (Mass.) Court; robbery in 2005 and possession of a controlled drug in 2016, both in Rockingham County Superior Court.
- Charles McMillan, 45, of 417 Cartier St., 31, receiving stolen property; 12 counts of felonious use of a firearm, and 12 counts of being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. On April 22, 2024, McMillan is accused of having a stolen Browning A-Bolt .380 rifle in his possession. The felonious use of a firearm alleges he was in possession of a controlled drug with the intent to sell while armed with a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun. The felon in possession charges relate to him allegedly having control over 12 guns while having been convicted in Massachusetts of assault with a dangerous weapon. According to the indictments, in addition to the shotgun and rifle, he possessed a Luger LC9; a Smith & Wesson M&P semi-automatic pistol; a Glock 36 semi-automatic pistol; a Reck 6.35mm pistol; a Khar .380 semi-automatic pistol; a Remington Fieldmaster 572 rifle; a Remington Wingmaster 16-gauge shotgun; a Good Time Outdoors AR-15 rifle; a Brigade Manufacturing Multi-Caliber AR pistol, and a Springfield Armory Multi-Caliber AR pistol.
- Kaitlyn Muise, 31, of 427 Hanover St., Apt. 7, reckless conduct, deadly weapon. On Jan. 15, 2024 in Bedford, Muise is accused of driving a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed in an attempt to elude police.
- William O’Connell, 25, l/k/a 20 Marilyn Drive, Allenstown, second-degree assault. On Jan. 4, 2024 in Manchester, O’Connell is accused of causing injury to a 6-year-old’s nose and lips when he threw B.G. to the floor.
- Philip Oddo, 27, of 1 Blackberry Way, #103, reckless conduct, deadly weapon. On Feb. 11, 2024, Oddo is accused of firing a pistol in an occupied building resulting in a bullet passing through a wall and into a neighbor’s occupied apartment.
- Samuel Parodi, 43, of 179 Spofford Road, Auburn, two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and criminal threatening, deadly weapon. On April 25, 2024 in Manchester, Parodi is accused of approaching R.G. in an aggressive manner while holding a knife in one hand and cutting shears in the other.
- Thomas Pelletier, 50, 489 Merrimack St., two counts of arson. On March 25, 2024, Pelletier is accused of starting a fire that caused more than $1,500 in damage to a home owned by C.D.
- Melanie Raymond, 47, of 269 Bridge St., 1A, criminal threatening, deadly weapon. On Feb. 11, 2024, Raymond is accused of advancing at PPF with a knife.
- Setarbosnia Rivas, 36, of 733 Grove St., #5, three counts of reckless conduct, deadly weapon, and one charge of criminal threatening, deadly weapon. On April 26, 2024, Rivas is accused of threatening M.L. to “get the fuck out of the car if you want to see what the problem is” and then firing three rounds into the air in a residential neighborhood.
- Julio Sanchez, 43, 124 Beech St., reckless conduct. On April 23, 2024, Sanchez is accused of driving a motor vehicle at excessive speeds while trying to eluding police.
- Krystal Sanchez Feliciano, 36, of 183 Maple St., #1, theft by deception and forgery. On Aug. 31, 2023, Feliciano “uttered” a U.S. Treasury check payable to herself in the amount of $44,570 at Service Credit Union on Gold Street and then withdrew the funds. The forgery indictment accuses her of uttering the check so it purported to be the act of the U.S. Treasury.
