January Grand Jury indictments for Hillsborough County Superior Court South
The Hillsborough County Superior Court South grand jury handed up 85 indictments in January.


NASHUA, NH – The Hillsborough County Superior Court South grand jury handed up 85 indictments in January.
Among those indicted were:
- Roger Bernier, 58, of 49 Manchester St., Manchester, two counts of theft by deception. On January 23, 2020 in Merrimack, Bernier is accused of charging E.B. more than $1,500 for a “roof protection” warranty by saying it was required, which was false because it was provided by the roof manufacturer at no cost. On Aug. 30, 2020, Bernier is accused of taking more than $1,500 from E.B. to install a new antenna on her roof but then never installing it.
- Shawn Brousseau, 50, no fixed address, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking and one charge of receiving stolen property. According to the indictments, on May 26, 2023 Brousseau, acting in concert with another, stole a Nash Construction van containing tools. He also is accused on that same day as, acting in concert with another, taking tools from an E.M. Construction van. The receiving stolen property charges alleges that on Sept. 5, 2023, he was in possession of a stolen Kawasaki motorcycle belonging to A.R.
- Anthony Daylor, 34, no fixed address, criminal threatening and possession of heroin/fentanyl. On Oct, 28, 2023, Daylor is accused of pointing a firearm in the direction of A.B.
- Robert Dilone-Figureroa, 20, of 408 South Main St., second-degree assault. On Nov, 8, 2023, Dilone-Figueroa is accused of striking K.O., an intimate partner, in the face with a coffee cup, breaking K.O.’s nose.
- Alvarez Fernando, 35, of 14 Nutt St., two counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On Jan. 4, 2023, Fernando is accused of taking an iPhone from D.B. and fleeing with it, and also taking the Nashua Human Society’s tip jar from the front desk,
- Jonathan P. Fote, 38, of 69 Ash St., four counts of first-degree assault and one charge of second-degree assault. On Nov. 10, 2023, Fote is accused of repeatedly kicking S.F., an intimate partner, in the torso causing broken ribs and pneumothorax (a collapsed lung); repeatedly kicking S.F. in the head, causing a bilateral nasal fracture; and choking S.F.
- Joseph Grossi, 39, of 34 Hampshire Drive, Apt. H., endangering the welfare of a child, soliciting sex; aggravated felonious sexual assault; aggravated felonious sexual assault without penetration; indecent exposure and lewdness. Between Jan. 1, 2017 and July 31, 2020, Grossi is accused of soliciting G. L., who was 8-years-old when first approached, to engage in penetration and fellatio, conduct which endangered her health and safety; engaging in fellatio with the child; rubbing his penis on the child’s genitalia, and masturbating in front of her.
- Colin Holbrook, 19, of 14 Webster St., two counts of first-degree assault. On Oct. 9, 2023, Holbrook is accused of stabbing E.V. in the shoulder and forehead with a knife.
- Tyler Humphrey, 33, of 8 Ash Court, common nuisances and possession of a mixture of the drugs fentanyl and cocaine. The common nuisances offense accuses him of using his home as a drug house to illegally keep and sell drugs.
- Sree Illapani, 35, of 4 Regent Drive, two counts of second-degree assault. On Nov. 24, 2022, Illapani is accused of burning her seven-year-old daughter’s left calf. On Oct. 7, 2023, she allegedly burned her nine-year-old son’s right forearm. The indictments do not say how she allegedly inflicted the burns.
- Cristi Koutalakis, 32, of 36 Melendy Road, Apt. 83, theft by unauthorized taking. On April 14, 2023 in Milford, Koutalakis is accused of taking a 2011 BMW belonging to Denise Morneau.
- Jeremy Letendre, 32, of 18 Gabrielle Drive, Hudson, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sex images. On Aug. 26, 2023 in Hudson, Letendre is accused of coercing E.G. into performing fellatio on him by telling her he would post nude images of her on social media if she didn’t. He then allegedly posted an image on SnapChat.
- Bryan Mateo Perez, 23, of 7 Lessard St., Apt. C, reckless conduct, deadly weapon. On Nov, 2, 2022, Perez is accused of discharging a firearm in an occupied apartment building.
- Morgan Maynard, 31, of 31 Orchard St., Milford, theft by deception. On June 16, 2023 in Hollis, Maynard is accused of telling L.G. and K.G. that he was the property manager and to make out checks to him for $3,900, when he wasn’t the property manager, thus depriving Dawn Fenton of those funds.
- Martin Mullen, 36, of 38 Broad St., Quincy, Mass., receiving stolen property. On Nov. 10, 2023, Mullen is accused of being in possession of a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan belonging to B.M.
- Jeremy McKenna, 38, of 60 Amherst St., Apt., reckless conduct, deadly weapon, and false personation. On Oct. 8, 2023, McKenna is accused of driving into another vehicle occupied by three people. On Oct. 10, 2023, McKenna allegedly falsely identified himself as a U.S. Marshal when speaking with J.C. and D.R., demanding that they both get out of a vehicle.
- Berling Ogando Cepeda, 20, of 97 Olive Ave., Lawrence, Mass., receiving stolen property. On July 21, 2023 in Nashua, Cepeda is accused of receiving more than $1,500 in funds from a check stolen from S.T. which was deposited into his account.
- Alex Ortiz, 31, no fixed address, falsifying physical evidence. On Nov. 11, 2023, Ortiz, believing Nashua police were initiating a criminal investigation, allegedly hid a katana sword in the basement of a residence.
- Gilberto Ortiz-Rodriguez, 39, 6B Dale St., two counts of criminal threatening, deadly weapon. On Nov. 11, 2023, Ortiz-Rodriguez is accused of pointing a katana sword at A.S.’s head and threatening to kill her.
- Jeremy Ouellette, 37, of 4 Delta Drive, four counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sex images. Between March 1, 2023 and June 15, 2023, Ouellette is accused of disseminating four private sexual images, one of himself with N.V., and three of N.V. alone, by posting them to an account on Twitter, which was accessible to the public.
