Applicant has proposed to construct a 44’ x 75’, 3,300 SF barn in the side yard where 600 SF is allowed and with a height of 30’ where 15’ is allowed, in the R-1B Zoning District. Applicant seeks a variance from Zoning Ordinance section 8.29(A)2 Accessory Structures and Uses.
