Continuation of a public hearing that began on December 5, 2024. Applicant has requested a compliance hearing for a previously approved site plan to address proposed changes to building signage.

S2024-012: Cohas Avenue, Residential One Family Medium Density District, Ward 6
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application to subdivide a portion of an existing 18.32-acre lot, for the creation of two new buildable lots of record, of 51,837 sq. ft. (Lot 9A) and 50,851 sq. ft. (Lot 9B) respectively.
