Continuation of a public hearing that began on January 2, 2025. Applicant has submitted a subdivision application to subdivide a portion of an existing 18.32-acre lot, for the creation of two new buildable lots of record, of 51,837 sq. ft. (Lot 9A) and 50,851 sq. ft. (Lot 9B) respectively.
