Sciaudone was sentenced in Hillsborough Superior Court and admitted to the New Hampshire State Prison on August 31, 2016 on a 3-6 year sentence for four counts of Receiving Stolen Property. He would have been eligible for release on parole on January 8, 2019 with a maximum release date of January 7, 2022.

The New Hampshire State Police and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Investigations Bureau are investigating. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact their local law enforcement agency or the New Hampshire State Prison at 603-271-1801.
