MANCHESTER, NH – Elliot Health System on Wednesday announced two new leadership roles that expand collaboration across clinical departments and operations to deliver quality care for patients as the health system continues to grow. Dr. Kevin Desrosiers is now serving as Chief Physician Executive and Vice President of Medical Affairs, and Martha Dodge now serves as Chief Nurse Executive.

As Chief Physician Executive and VP of Medical Affairs, Dr. Desrosiers is responsible for overseeing the strategic vision and implementation of clinical service operations and providing leadership to the Medical Staff. Martha Dodge leads the overall professional nursing practice across the healthcare organization, as Chief Nurse Executive. These two leaders report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, reinforcing clinical and operational integration. Together, they oversee clinical strategy and operations and ensure alignment across the continuum of care.
