Fugitive of the Week: Jordan Dearborn has family ties in Manchester
Have you seen Jordan Dearborn? He’s wanted by the U.S. Marshal’s Service as a fugitive from justice.
MANCHESTER, NH – This week’s Fugitive of the Week as issued by the U.S. Marshal’s service, is Jordan Dearborn, 25, last known to have lived in Manchester, is wanted for violation of supervised release. He was on supervised release as a result of a conviction and sentence for aiding and abetting in a bank robbery. He is 5-foot-7 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo on his right arm.
A warrant was issued for his arrest Aug. 28, 2015 out of U.S. District Court.
In July of 2012 Dearborn pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank robbery and aiding and abetting a bank robbery that stem from the robbery of a federally insured bank in Manchester on December 17, 2011. He was sentenced to serve 41 months in prison.
Dearborn’s co-conspirator, Raymond Rios, entered the bank and handed a note that was written by Dearborn to a bank teller. The note stated, “Empty your cash register into the bag and you [won’t] get shot. I have a gun. Cooperate and no one will get hurt.” As the teller read the note, Rios handed her a plastic bag. The teller removed a sum of money from her teller drawer, put the money into the plastic bag, and handed the items to Rios. Rios then left the bank and got into a getaway car that was driven by Dearborn. Rios was sentenced to 55 months in prison for his participation in the robbery.
The case was investigated by the Manchester Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Bob Kinsella.
