PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Board will meet on Thursday, February 1 at 6 p.m. and the following cases will be heard. If you cannot make the meeting in person, it will be broadcast live on Manchester Public Television, Channel 22. The agenda is available online.

CU2023-029 & SP2023-014: 562 Clay Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 7

Continuation of a public hearing from the last Planning Board meeting on Thursday, January 18. Applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit application for a reduction in on-site parking spaces from 21 spaces required to 9 spaces proposed, along with a change of use Site Plan application for the conversion of a 4,485 SF warehouse into 14 residential units.


CU2024-003: 607 Chestnut Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 3

Applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit application for an alternative parking arrangement associated with the Granite State Children’s Alliance, to allow 24 existing parking spaces where 40 spaces are required.


S2024-001: 51 Platts Avenue, Residential High-Density District, Ward 6

Applicant has submitted a Subdivision application to subdivide a 20,200 SF lot, for the creation of one new lot of 9,543 SF.


SP2024-001: 175 & 251 Canal Street, Central Business District, Ward 3

Applicant has submitted a Site Plan application for the creation of a common gathering space and site improvements for the mixed-use development within 175 Canal Street as well as the commonly owned 215 Canal Street office building.

ZONING BOARD UPDATES

The Zoning Board will meet again on Thursday, February 8 and will consider a new set of requested variances. A meeting agenda will be posted online once it is ready. The meeting will be broadcast live on Manchester Public Television, Channel 22. A recording of the meeting will be made available on-demand via Manchester Public Television.
