City: Expect lots of traffic and fun for circus, parade, road races and block party
City expects heavy traffic and visitors flock to Manchester NH for full weekend of fun events.

Queen City is happening this weekend! Road closures and where to park.

MANCHESTER, NH – It will definitely be a circus – THE circus, to be precise, as Ringling Bros. lands at the Verizon Oct. 2. But that’s not all that’s happening this weekend in Manchester.
So much is going on, the city has issued the following guide, in anticipation of significant traffic delays – particularly in the Elm Street area and especially on Sunday, October 5, 2014.
Here’s a link to the city’s on-street and off-street parking information, including where to find a parking garage.
