A ‘check condition’ call leads to arrest on warrant, heroin possession
Police arrived to the Pearl Street lot Friday to check the condition of someone inside a parked vehicle, and ended up making an arrest on an outstanding warrant, plus possession of a loaded syringe of heroin.

MANCHESTER, NH – Corey Dusseault, 21, of Manchester, was arrested Feb. 12 after someone called police to report concerns over someone inside a car parked at the Pearl Street lot.
Police Officer Peter Flanagan and Angeline Alexakos arrived at about 5:45 p.m. to check the condition of the person inside the vehicle, later identified as Dusseault.
Dusseault was arrested on an outstanding warrant from another agency. The officers also located a full capped syringe and a spoon, prior to placing him into the wagon. The brown liquid tested presumptive positive for heroin, so Dusseault was also charged with possession of a controlled drug. He will appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on Feb. 16.
