DURHAM, NH — Athletes from Central and Memorial were at the University of New Hampshire, Sunday morning, for the annual Division I NHIAA Indoor Relays.
In addition to the traditional relay competitions, such as 4x160m, 4x400m and 4x800m, schools enter three athletes each in the 55m hurdles, 55m and long jump. The results of the three athletes are combined to arrive at their team “relay” result.
Some athletes competed individually in the 55m, 55m hurdles and long jump, if their team didn’t have three athletes to enter. In all, 19 schools were represented at the Division I meet.
