Central High School evacuated after bomb threat
The school was briefly evacuated Wednesday after a bomb threat was made, police said.

MANCHESTER, NH — A report of a possible bomb threat against Central High School at about 10:15 a.m. prompted an evacuation of the school Wednesday.
The evacuation was based on a bomb threat found written on an interior wall of the high school, police said. The school administration took precautionary measures and evacuated the entire school so that Manchester Police Department and Manchester Fire Department could investigate the threat, police said.
Central administrators communicated with the parents about the evacuation, police said.
While the threat did not appear to be credible, according to Manchester Police Lt. Brian O’Keefe, the incident remains under investigation.
