Arrest for 100 mph DUI driver and rowdy passenger
A woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and her passenger, also inebriated, was charged for being disorderly.

BOW, NH – A Manchester woman faces an aggravated DUI for allegedly driving over 100 mph after consuming three-times the legal limit of alcohol, police said.
On April 9, 2016, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Trooper Dan Livingstone initiated a motor vehicle stop of a 2004 Nissan 350Z, on I-93 South, in Bow, for speeding at a rate of 115 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. The Operator was subsequently identified as, Kristen Aubin, 36, of Manchester.
Trooper Livingstone determined that Ms. Aubin was displaying obvious signs of impairment. A series of field sobriety tests were administered and Ms. Aubin was placed under arrest for aggravated driving while under the influence. She later submitted to a breath alcohol test that determined that she was over three times the legal limit.
There was a male passenger in the vehicle driven by Ms. Aubin, who was identified as, Logan Nadeau, 21, Concord, NH.
During the motor vehicle stop Mr. Nadeau displayed obvious signs of being under the influence, he was acting erratic and confrontational. Mr. Nadeau was initially taking into protective custody and transported to Troop D with Ms. Aubin.
Once at Troop D, Mr. Nadeau’s behavior continued to be erratic, confrontational, refusing to comply with any instructions given to him. Ultimately, Mr Nadeau was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction of government administration, all misdemeanor charges.
Mr. Nadeau was released on personal recognizance bail on his charges. He is due to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Concord on May 27. Mr Nadeau was transported to the Merrimack County Jail where he was held for protective custody and subsequently released.
Ms. Aubin was released on personal recognizance bail and she is due to appear before the 6th Circuit Court in Concord on April 29.
