Adult’s Night Out at Studio 550 Art Center: BYOB clay workshop
For adults and older teens looking for a fresh new date night idea, Studio 550 is starting up a monthly clay sculpting workshop.
MANCHESTER, NH — For adults and older teens looking for a fresh new date night idea, Studio 550 is starting up a monthly clay sculpting workshop.
Held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 6:30-8:30PM, Studio 550 staff will lead a guided clay project to be sculpted by hand (without the pottery wheel).
We choose a different project each month that is fun, and functional. You can create something useful for your home while also enjoying time with friends or loved ones. Although there is a suggested project, they are designed to be customizable, and have plenty of room for variations and personal style. Independent thinkers are sure to be pleased! There are also examples on hand to inspire those looking for more guidance.
Upcoming projects:
February 16th, Salt & Pepper Shakers with a tray: Make your own set of salt & pepper shakers. What’s your style? Elegant and distinguished? Whimsical? Adorable? You decide.
March 16th, Cheese board/Charcuterie tray: Select from assorted templates and designs, add textures and create a custom serving plate for your next gathering.
Workshops can also be requested as private parties at another day and time.
