7th strike for speeder on suspended license, who also owes child support
Matthew Brault’s need for speed got him in more trouble with police. It was his seventh time caught driving on a suspended license.

For the seventh time.
On Nov. 23, New Hampshire Trooper Daniel Livingstone observed a vehicle traveling south on Interstate 93 at what he determined to be a high rate of speed. Livingstone clocked the vehicle at 82 miles per hour by radar and stopped the driver, who was identified as Matthew Brault, 34 of Manchester, NH.
Brault was found to have a suspended license. A further check revealed that he was under suspension for defaulting child payments and this was his seventh time driving on a suspended license – and his third offense in 2014.
Brault was arrested and held at Merrimack House of Correction in Boscawen on $1,000 cash bail. His arraignment will be Monday morning, November 24, 2014.
He is charged with: operating while under suspension and speeding.
